Our Anxiety & Depression Services:

Depression Therapy
Therapy for overcoming the emotional weight of depression.
Depression can leave you feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Our therapists work with you to explore the root causes of your depression, create personalized treatment plans, and offer strategies to regain a sense of joy, connection, and emotional healing.

Anxiety Therapy
Support for managing overwhelming anxiety, panic and stress.
Anxiety can create constant worry, fear, panic, and restlessness. We help you understand your triggers, develop coping mechanisms, and use evidence-based techniques to calm your anxious thoughts and regain control over your life.

Self-Esteem
Boosting self-esteem and confidence through therapy.
Low self-esteem can contribute to both anxiety and depression. We work with you to challenge negative self-beliefs, build self-confidence, and develop a healthier sense of self-worth that supports emotional balance.

Panic Attacks
Support for overcoming panic attacks and managing anxiety-related symptoms.
Panic attacks can be overwhelming, but with the right tools and strategies, you can regain control. Our therapists help you understand the root causes of your panic, develop grounding techniques, and reduce the frequency and intensity of attacks.

Life Transitions
Guidance through life’s major transitions, including career changes, relocation, and more.
Navigating life transitions can trigger anxiety and depression, leaving you feeling uncertain. Our therapists help you process changes, regain stability, and cope with feelings of loss or fear during these pivotal times.

Stress Management
Techniques to manage and reduce stress in daily life.
Stress can feel like a constant burden, affecting your emotional well-being. We offer practical tools and strategies to help you reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and improve your ability to cope with the pressures of daily life.

In-depth support for managing anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges
We understand how debilitating anxiety and depression impact all areas of your life, from relationships to work and personal well-being. Our therapy services for anxiety and depression are designed to help individuals better understand the root causes of their symptoms—whether triggered by life transitions, trauma, or stress.

We combine deep, insight-oriented therapy called Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with other evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you manage panic, regulate emotions, and improve your overall mental health.

Our therapists work with you to build coping strategies tailored to your needs to help you regain confidence, improve self-esteem, and manage daily stress. We specialize in treating a variety of anxiety disorders including Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, and Social Anxiety, as well as helping individuals navigate depression, low mood, and life transitions.
By focusing on understanding the triggers, thoughts, and behaviors that perpetuate your anxiety and depression, we aim to help you achieve long-term emotional resilience and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
We Help ...
Individuals struggling with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and social anxiety to gain control over their emotional responses and reduce anxiety triggers.
People experiencing depression, low mood, or feelings of hopelessness to develop healthier thinking patterns and strategies for improving their emotional state.
Those navigating life transitions—whether a career change, relationship shift, or major move—manage the uncertainty and stress that often accompany these changes.
Individuals who are overwhelmed by daily stress will develop effective stress management techniques, including relaxation strategies, time management, and emotional regulation tools.
